duties: vp - treasurer

The duties of the VP - Treasurer shall include the following:

  1. to act as the chair of the Budget Committee;
  2. to be responsible for accurate records and books of all GTFF financial records;
  3. to be responsible for tax returns and other financial reports as required by any governmental agency;
  4. to be responsible for informing the Executive Board, Executive Council, and the Membership of the present and future financial status of the GTFF;
  5. to be responsible for preparing or having prepared monthly financial statements of the GTFF;
  6. to ensure that an independent audit of GTFF finances is conducted after the end of every fiscal year, and;
  7. to serve on the GTFF Health and Welfare Trust.
